What type of projects do you specialise in?

What happens after I submit an enquiry?
We'll ring you, understand what stage the project's at, and if the timing works, we'll either quote from what you've sent, ask for some plans or arrange a site visit. Either way, you get a clear quote without the wait most builders face.
What should I expect from the quoting process?
You send us plans or photos, or we come assess in person. We give you a clear quote with no surprises. Then it's just a matter of fitting it into the schedule.
How early can you quote on a project?
We can quote early. Sometimes before the slab's even poured if you've got plans. That way you know the cost and timeline going in, not halfway through the build.
Can you quote without a site visit?
Yes. If you've got plans or photos, we can usually quote from those. If it's straightforward, you get a clear quote without us needing to be on site. If we do need to see it in person, we'll let you know upfront.
Do you travel for work?
We're based in Dunsborough, so local work is our bread and butter. But we'll travel for the right project—new builds, architectural work and major extensions. Most crews won't leave town, but we see it differently.
Why should I call you instead of waiting for another crew?
Most gyprockers stay close to home or are booked out for months. You ring us from Manjimup or Busselton, and we'll actually make the trip if the project makes sense. You get a crew that shows up and knows what they're doing.
Are you available for urgent or emergency work?
We work with the timeline that suits the project. Get in touch and we'll work out what we can do.
Do you work on both small and large projects?
Yes. We handle everything from smaller extensions to full new builds and architectural projects. Size doesn't matter as much as whether it's the right fit.
What's the biggest difference between you and other gyprockers?
We'll travel when most won't, we quote early, and we don't disappear. Our finished product is exceptional and clean. That's it.
Do you require a Deposit?
Yes we rquire a 50% deposit to lock in a start date and material delivery order.
Do you patch or fix work done by other gyprockers?
No. We handle new work - extensions, new builds, architectural projects. We don't patch or fix plaster work done by other crews.
Do you also do solid plastering and rendering?
No we stay in our lane - which is gyprock.
